iFairPOS does not require account registration and does not intentionally collect personal information on our servers.
Business information entered into the app, such as products, inventory, customers, invoices, quotations, sales records, receipts, and transactions, is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, print, or share it.
2. Local Data Storage
The app may store app settings and business records locally using on-device storage such as local databases and preferences. This information remains under your control on your device.
3. Device Permissions
The app may request the following permissions only to provide app features:
- Camera: used to scan product barcodes or QR codes.
- Photo Library: used to save or select images, such as order QR code images or product-related images.
- Bluetooth: used to discover, connect, and print with Bluetooth printers.
- Local Network: used to discover and connect to compatible network printers on your local network.
You can manage these permissions in the iOS Settings app at any time.
4. In-App Purchases
iFairPOS may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store. Payments are processed securely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not use advertising networks or third-party analytics services to track users across apps or websites.
If you choose to export, print, or share data from the app, that action is controlled by you and may involve services or devices outside the app.
6. Children’s Privacy
The app is designed for business and productivity use and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security
Because your business data is primarily stored on your device, you are responsible for protecting your device with appropriate security measures such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
